Europa Park is the second most popular entertainment park in Europe and it was opened in 1975. The park celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2015. It is very well visited and it can accommodate app. 50.000 guests per day. Europa Park is located in Germany, in town Rust, close to German-French border, between Strasbourg (France) and Freiburg (Germany). Europa Park is based on different themed areas and different country themed areas. In the park you can find attractions from different countries. You can walk through sections of various countries and enjoy in theirs attractions.

We found country themed areas very interesting because you have a feeling being in different countries at the same time.
Like in all entertainment parks because of large number of visitors every day we recommend entering the park in the morning to have enough time to see and experience everything that park offers.
Day ticket for adult costs 42,50 EUR (app. 46,50 USD), for children (4-11 years) costs 37,00 EUR (40,50 USD) and for children under 4 years is free of charge. Parking is available near the park and it is 5 EUR.
